In memory and thanks to a wonderful colleague and friend. It was an honour to have known John for some twenty years. From sharing nights together when he was as SHO to when he mentored me as a specialist nurse, he never failed to make me laugh and teach me new words. The hole you leave behind is deep but full of wonderful memories.
